October 23, 2026
When: Friday, November 27, 2026, 9–10 a.m.
Where: Alys Beach Amphitheatre, Somerset Street, Alys Beach
Cost: $20
Alys Beach is offering a one-hour HIIT workout the morning after Thanksgiving. ZUMA’s head fitness professional, Kyle Higginbotham, leads a full-body circuit of bodyweight, strength and cardio moves in the Alys Beach Amphitheatre. No equipment is needed. Just bring a mat.
Alys Beach is near the east end of 30A, roughly the full length of South Walton from Miramar Beach, so leave early for the 9 a.m. start. The Merchants of Alys Beach present the class, and tickets are on the event page.
Confirm before you go: Alys Beach’s event calendar listed this event as scheduled when we checked on October 23, 2026, fourteen days after Hurricane Isaias made landfall near Destin. Most of the area has reopened, but schedules can still shift during recovery, so check the organizer’s page before you head out.
