Where: Grand Boulevard, 585 Grand Boulevard, Miramar Beach.

Miramar Beach’s own holiday kickoff: floats, marching bands, community groups and special guests parade through Grand Boulevard, and then Santa arrives. Visit South Walton lists the Christmas tree lighting, thousands of holiday lights, faux snow, complimentary photos with Santa, horse-drawn carriage rides and live entertainment after the parade.
The merchants suggest arriving early for dinner, shopping and a good parking spot. Local high school bands, sports and dance teams, and the Emerald Coast Theatre Company are on the program.
