Destin’s 42nd annual Christmas Parade rolls on a Saturday morning, an easy drive west from Miramar Beach. This year’s theme is “Merry Christmas America,” marking the nation’s 250th birthday.
The City of Destin asks spectators to stand on the north side of Harbor Boulevard. Groups that want a float can pick up applications at the Destin Community Center; instead of an entry fee, entries donate new toys, personal-care products or money, with applications and donations due by Friday, December 4.
