Miramar Beach visitors who want a downtown arts weekend can aim for the Great Gulfcoast Arts Festival. The organizer confirms a free, three-day juried show drawing more than 200 painters, potters, sculptors, jewelers, and other artists, plus music stages, Heritage Arts, and a Children’s Art Festival.
