The SEASIDE SCHOOL™ Half Marathon + 5K celebrates its 25th year with a four-day Race Weekend, February 11–14. Taste of the Race, the kickoff party, is Friday, February 12 from 6 to 9 p.m. The Race Expo runs Saturday, February 13 from noon to 4 p.m. The organizers describe the course as one of the flattest half marathons in the country, and the race sells out every year.
Seaside is east of Miramar Beach along Scenic Highway 30A. Proceeds benefit the SEASIDE SCHOOL FOUNDATION™. The first price increase is after October 31, so runners who want the lowest fee should register this week.
Confirm before you go: the race’s RunSignup registration page listed this event as scheduled when we checked on October 26, 2026, seventeen days after Hurricane Isaias made landfall near Destin. Most of the area has reopened, but schedules can still shift during recovery, so check the organizer’s page before you head out.
