The 18th annual 30A Songwriters Festival fills a January weekend with more than 160 songwriters and 300-plus performances. For Miramar Beach guests, the closest festival hub is Grand Boulevard, where the festival lists a box office and will-call kiosk at 585 Grand Blvd., between Tommy Bahama and Cantina Laredo.

Headliners named in Visit South Walton’s 2027 listing include Gillian Welch & David Rawlings, Dawes, St. Paul & The Broken Bones, Larkin Poe, Booker T. Jones and Tommy Emmanuel.
